Features
- The TS1 unit accepts tubes from 13.5 mm to 60 mm in diameter
- The TS1 can test end sealing of plastic tubes and laminate tubes
- A charts indicates the air pressure to apply according to the tube diameter
- A manometer allows for adjustment of the air pressure present in the cylinder closing the jaws
- An adjustable timer (2 to 60 s) defines the duration of the application of the jaws closing onto the tube (standard original setting is 10 seconds)
- A small plastic jar below the tube will gather product fills in case the product has a leakage
- Main parts of the TS1 are made of stainless steel, which allows for easy cleaning
