Innovative Decoplas™ technology capable of producing and decorating cartridges in-line at up to 120 pcs/min. The line changes the cartridge decoration on the fly without stopping the production.

 

This Decoplas™ 120 Line is a fully automated extruded cartridge production line with label quality decoration capability producing up to 120 pieces per minute. The line is composed of a DXL 120 sleeve maker, an accumulating store and an injection moulding header TV764/4.

Label film with tailored barrier to better preserve products filled.
