The SAESA®120 is the fastest single-mandrel machine available on the market, requiring minimal tooling . Particularly suited for the industries such as oral care and pharmaceuticals, this machine is capable of producing up to 40 million tubes per year.
The SAESA®120 is available with two advanced body maker welding systems:
DBHS (Double Belt Heat Sealing):
Suitable for both ABL and PBL tubes, or PBL-only versions. With this system, no high-frequency (HF) welding is required for PBL production. With the ABL option installed, the machine switches from ABL to PBL using the same body maker tooling.
MIBS (Mono Belt Sealing):
Optimised for producing smaller ABL and PBL tubes, with diameters as small as Ø12.7 mm. Upgrade available to existing Saesa® machines.
