Aisa is at your side whenever you need us. Our highly-skilled technicians and engineers, specialists in mechanics, electrics and automation, provide you with fast assistance to improve equipment efficiency and solve any issues that may arise.

For a rapide response, our dedicated engineers are also located in France, the US and China. Our  Aisa Live Vision system (ALV) enables customers to establish a direct HD video live stream with Aisa and to send video files 24/7 to a dedicated server located in our headquarters in Switzerland. With the ALV, innovative remote troubleshooting technology, time to resolution is minimised, and costly interventions can often be avoided.

During courtesy visits, our Aisa Services team proactively offers equipment assessments to ensure the machines are running as expected, and suggests improvement points as well as training modules to further increase efficiency.

On-site equipment assessments provide a clear view of potential equipment upgrades and automation obsolescence threats. As an integral part of our customer service, Aisa offers a wide range of high-quality spare parts, ready to be shipped from our 10,000 m3 storage facility.

Our in-house production department, latest-generation machining centres, and 3D laser steel-sintering equipment enable us to design and create components with performances to match the most demanding processes, and deliver the best quality/price ratio.
